Journal Subscription

By subscribing to the Finding With Kevin digital journal, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via credit card through Stripe.
• A 7-day free trial is included with new subscriptions. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.

Your Content

• Journal entries you write belong to you. We do not claim any ownership of your content.
• Your entries are private and are not shared with other users or third parties.
• You may export your data at any time in JSON or PDF format from your settings page.
• You may request complete deletion of your data at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

After Cancellation

• You retain read-only access to all past journal entries after cancellation.
• You cannot write new entries without an active subscription.
• You may resubscribe at any time and resume where you left off.
• If you do not resubscribe within 2 years, your data may be permanently deleted after notice.

Acceptable Use

The journal is for personal use. Do not use the service to store content that violates applicable law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Active subscribers will be notified by email of material changes.
